Options of 2 or 3 Workout Days With Your Coach:
The live small group sessions are designed to feel like one-on-one personal training, with the added energy and motivation of working out alongside a small, supportive group. Your coach will walk you through every step of the workout, providing real-time corrections and personalized modifications to ensure you’re doing each exercise safely and effectively. You’ll never have to question what to do or wonder if you’re doing it right—your coach will be there every step of the way.
Accountability That Goes Beyond the Session
We don’t just hold you accountable during your workouts—we’re here to ensure you stay on track outside of your sessions as well. Our program is designed to help you meet your fitness goals both in and out of training by providing the structure, support, and accountability you need to succeed.
Here’s how we’ll keep you accountable outside of training:
Me Time Sessions: You will We have a metime session once a month, if anything needs to be adjusted or tailored we will adjust your plans to your needs to maximize results.
Cardio: We set a specific step goal help you reach your goals and to y help you burn calories throughout the day outside of your workouts with us.
Stretching: We will give you a specific stretch plan tailored for your needs. Start with just 5 minutes a day of stretches to keep pain away and improve mobility.
As you conquer 2-3 habits at a time, we’ll add more to ensure you’re consistently progressing and feeling your best.
