Service Description

This small group session is ideal for those with a basic foundation who are ready to build more strength and power. We use compound movements to target your whole body, ramp up your heart rate, and challenge your balance and endurance. If you have any shoulder or mobility issues, exercises will be modified so that no weights are lifted overhead—your safety and comfort come first. Please bring one set of light weights (1–8 lbs), another set (3–10 lbs), a yoga mat, and a chair. We meet you at your fitness level, offer modifications as needed, and provide expert form corrections in a small group setting to ensure you gain strength without risking injury.
