At Be the Best You Fitness, we understand that not every woman has the time to attend fixed workout classes. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get the resources and motivation you need to begin an empowered fitness journey. That’s why we offer these two options: our on-demand library and our personalized on-demand workout training program. Both are convenient, effective, and perfectly tailored to your body and lifestyle.

What You’ll Get

 

Monthly 1-on-1 Session

We will  have a 1 on 1 session that will show you how to do the exercises plan  designed just for you—tailored to your goals, fitness level, and needs. Your coach will adjust your program as you progress to keep you moving forward. We will focus on exercises to help you get stronger, reduce pain, and feel confident. 

Personalized Workouts

We will adjust your plan monthly and give you specific exercises to help you build strength, improve mobility, and prevent injury. Ensure proper form and avoid injury as you build strength. You’ll receive hands-on guidance and real-time corrections to progress effectively.

 

Access to On-Demand Videos

Enhance your overall wellness with our easy-to-follow, low-impact on-demand videos. These include: Strength and mobility workouts to improve movement and flexibility, stretching and recovery routines to reduce stiffness and soreness, and Cardio workouts to boost energy and heart health.

Built-In Accountability Tools                                                                                        

Stay consistent and motivated with tools that track your progress: Log your workouts and track steps to stay on track.  Check off completed workouts to celebrate your progress.  Get regular support and encouragement from your coach.
